MAP THE COST
Identify the people, places, habits and roles consuming your attention.
STARTING AGAIN · NEW CITY, COUNTRY OR CHAPTER
You are starting again—but the harder you try to belong, the less you feel like yourself.
I help you identify the people, environments and patterns costing you energy, test one honest change each week, and build a next chapter that actually fits.

[ IS THIS YOU? ]
The problem is not always confidence. Sometimes you are spending too much of yourself trying to fit somewhere that does not fit you.
You change your voice, needs or boundaries because being accepted feels safer than being fully yourself.
Messages, pauses and mixed signals keep taking your attention long after the interaction ends.
You notice that words and actions do not match, but you stay because starting again already feels lonely.
You are surrounded by people or noise, but you still do not know what you want—or which environment brings you back to life.
[ FOUNDING PILOT · FIVE PLACES ]
A THREE-WEEK PRIVATE CONNECTION CLARITY PILOT.
For people starting again who are tired of spending themselves trying to belong.
Identify the people, places, habits and roles consuming your attention.
Practise one boundary, conversation, routine or change of environment in real life.
Choose the rooms, relationships and behaviours that support who you are becoming.
[ WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH ]

[ ABOUT ME / WHY ME ]
I left Madagascar for France at 17. I spent years adapting to new countries, jobs and social worlds—and often followed people so I could belong.
The wrong circles left me broke, cost me opportunities and taught me that your environment is never a small detail.
“I do not guide from a pedestal. I recognise the pattern because I have lived it.”
[ THE PART OF MY STORY THAT SUPPORTS THIS WORK ]
Open a chapter if you want the longer version.
In 2014, my mother sold most of her gold, my grandfather added €1,000, and I left Madagascar to study in France. I carried the pressure to change my family’s future—but no idea how to build my own.

I changed myself to fit the people around me. The wrong circles left me broke and cost me opportunities. I kept paying for belonging with my attention, judgment and future.

I rebuilt through work, movement, solitude and better conversations. Then I brought the questions into real rooms—cafés, gyms, dinners and handwritten notes—to understand what helps people feel safe enough to be honest.

[ SOCIAL WELLNESS LAB ]
I do not claim to know someone’s private intention. We look at behaviour, consistency, environment and how an interaction actually affects you.

[ EARLY COMMUNITY RESPONSE ]
These are community responses, not formal pilot results. The founding round is where the repeatable proof begins.
REEL RESPONSE · NEVER MET IN PERSON“You let encounters happen without projecting an outcome. You ask the right questions and really get to know the person first. What a level of mastery.”
Unsolicited response to a reel on intention and conduct
CONNECTION“You helped me overcome my fear of new connections.”
PRESENCE“Your presence means so much. Simply being there changes something in me and others.”

[ CONNECTION CLARITY · FIT APPLICATION ]
The application helps me understand what feels difficult, what it is costing you and whether I am the right person for your next step.
Educational and experiential social practice · not therapy or crisis support
[ QUICK ANSWERS ]
People starting again in a new city, country or life chapter who feel they are losing themselves trying to belong, connect or read unclear situations.
Three private sessions, one personal map, one real-life action to test each week and a final 30-day plan.
No. This is educational and experiential social practice—not diagnosis, treatment or crisis support.
Online, in person in Bali, or elsewhere by arrangement when practical.
I read your answers. If the fit is clear, I invite you to a private conversation. If another kind of support appears more appropriate, I will say so honestly.
